1. No Refunds for Completed Services
All services purchased, including but not limited to website design, development, plugins, hosting setup, and other digital services, are non-refundable once the work has been completed. Completion is determined by the delivery of the agreed-upon services, as confirmed by the client.
2. Proof of Work
We maintain detailed records and proofs of all work performed. If the services have been delivered as per the agreed scope, no refund will be issued.
3. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide required materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the project. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines but do not entitle the client to a refund.
4. Changes and Revisions
Minor revisions or updates within the agreed scope may be provided, but additional work outside the original agreement may incur extra charges. Refunds will not be provided for changes requested after service delivery.
5. Hosting, Domain, and Third-Party Services
Payments for hosting, domains, plugins, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or configured, as these involve third-party fees.
6. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All completed services are considered final and non-refundable.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to maintain a high standard of service, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances if the agreed services have been delivered, regardless of client dissatisfaction.
